TROUBLE-SHOOTING

The heavy duty trolley’s electric system

consists of several interconnected compo-

nents, all of which are important so that the

daily operation can take place safely and

properly. In the event of operational disrup-

tions, the system is programmed to prevent

further driving in most cases. This is to en-

sure a high level of safety for the user and

the context in which the trolley is used.

The motor control has a built-in simple

diagnostic system for decoding the fault.

The diagnostic system communicates by

the status lamp (A) located in the tiller head

flashing in a sequential pattern. The pat

-

tern consists of a long pause, a number of

flashes, a short pause and another number

of flashes.

The sequence is repeated until the fault

has been rectified or the heavy duty trolley

is switched off via the key switch. The two

described number of flashes in the sequen

-

ce represent the first and second digits of

the error code. For example, the following

sequence • •••• will indicate error code

1.4. To rectify the fault, contact IMMO A/S

or your dealer. When contacting the dealer

or the manufacturer you will be asked to

inform the machine number, which is stated

on the machine plate located on the under-

side of the tiller head.

In fault-free condition where the heavy duty

trolley is ready to drive or is driving, the

status light is permanently on.
