Oltre a quanto indicato di seguito, riferirsi alla ANSI/ALI ALOIM:2008 "American National Standard for Automotive Lifts - Safety
Requirements for Operation, lnspection and Maintenance".
Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione debbone essere effettuate in condizioni di sicurezza portando le pedane in
appoggio sui martelletti e l'interruttore bloccato in posizione OFF.
7.2 Lubrificazione
- Ingrassare le funi portanti ogni mese.
Evitare di sporcare con lubrificante le aste asolate ed il meccanismo paracadute al fine di garantire il corretto funzionamento
di tale dispositivo di sicurezza.
7.3 Controllo funi portanti
Manutenzione e ispezione fune
• I cavi del sollevatore dovrebbero essere sostituiti ogni tre-cinque anni o quando vi sono danni visibili.
VIETATO UTILIZZARE IL SOLLEVATORE CON CAVI DIFETTOSI/LOGORI.
• I cavi del sollevatore dovrebbero essere sempre mantenuti in condizioni di lubrificazione ottimale. La fune è completamente
protetta quando ogni trefolo è ben lubrificato internamente ed esternamente. Un'usura eccessiva accorcia la vita della fune.
Lubrificare la fune ad intervalli di non più di tre mesi durante il suo utilizzo; questo consentirà che gli strati interni della fune
restino sempre ben lubrificati.
• L'usura della superficie delle taglie a contatto con la fune in movimento dovrebbe essere regolarmente sottoposta a controlli
visivi e lubrificata per garantire agile scorrimento. Questa operazione dovrebbe essere eseguita, durante l'utilizzo, ad intervalli
di tempo appropriati, generalmente non superiori ai tre mesi. Per tutte le assi delle taglie, l'officina raccomanda di utilizzare
grasso standard per cuscinetti di ruote.
Quanto spesso ispezionare
• Durante l'utilizzo i cavi del sollevatore dovrebbero essere controllati visivamente almeno una volta al giorno.
• Ogni cavo del sollevatore, che presenti caratteristiche che richiedono la rimozione, deve essere immediatamente sostituito.

Place lift in a safe condition before performing maintenance work. Bring platforms to rest on the engaged catches
and lock main switch in the OFF position.
7.2 Lubrication
- Grease the load-bearing cables monthly.
Be careful not to smear the rackes and the safety lock mechanism with grease. These are safety devices and
grease may impair their operation.
7.3 Cables inspection
Wire rope inspecion and maintenance
• Lifting cables should be replaced every three - five years or when visible signs of damage are apparent.
DO NOT USE LIFT WITH DEFECTIVE / WORN CABLES.
• Lifting cables should be maintained in a well-lubricated condition at all times. Wire rope is only fully protected when each wire
strand is lubricated both internal and external. Excessive wear will shorten the life of the wire rope.
In order to make sure that the inner layers of the rope remain well lubricated, lubrication should be carried out at intervals not
exceeding three months during operation.
• All sheaves in contact with the moving rope should be given regular visual checks for surface wear and lubricated to make sure
that they run freely. This operation should be carried out at appropriate intervals generally not exceeding three months during
operation. For all sheave axles, the factory recommends standard wheel bearing grease.
How often to inspect
• Lifting cables should be visually inspected at least once each day when in use.
• Any lifting cables that have met the criteria for removal must be immediately replaced.
