7.9 Oil change
Note
Notice of a potentially harmful situation

Wear protective gear.

Use collection container.

Only use approved hydraulic oil ( → 2.5).

Dispose of used oil properly.

Lower the lifting table to the lowest position.

Place an oil pan under the valve block.

Unscrew the hydraulic hose from the pump and place it in the collection container.

Press the foot pedal until no more oil comes out of the pump.

Screw on the hydraulic hose again.

Remove bleed screw.

Top up oil up to the upper mark on the oil dipstick.

Reinstall the bleed screw.
7.10 Bleed the cylinder
After a repair, air can get into the hydraulic system, causing malfunctions.
CAUTION
Risk of injury
from liquids spraying out under high pressure

Wear protective clothing/goggles/gloves.

Only work on the unloaded lifting table.

No person may be in the danger area during the venting process.

1. Lower the lifting table to the lowest position.
2. Place an oil collection container under the pump.
3. Slightly loosen the vent screw on the cylinder ( → Illustration
7-2).
4. If there are no bleed screws, then the cylinders are in-
stalled in such a way that they bleed themselves.
5. Actuate the foot pedal [7] until the oil comes out of the ven-
tilation opening without any bubbles.
6. Tighten the bleed screw.
7. Check the oil level and top up if necessary.
8. If necessary, bleed the pump (customer service).
9. After venting the lifting table, move it up and down several
times.
