4.6.4 Drop point
MDS, AXIS-M Q V8
In this menu, you can enter the drop point for informational purposes.
1. Open the menu Fertiliser settings > Drop point .
2. Determine the position for the drop point using the fertiliser chart.
3. Enter the determined value in the input field

4. Press the enter key .
 The Fertiliser settings window appears with the new drop point on the
display.
AXIS-M VS pro
With the AXIS EMC VS pro mineral fertiliser spreader, the drop point is set only
with electrical drop point adjustment.
1. Open the menu Fertiliser settings > Drop point .
2. Determine the position for the drop point using the fertiliser chart.
3. Enter the determined value in the input field
4. Press OK .
 The Fertiliser settings window appears with the new drop point on the
display.
If the drop point is blocked, alarm 17 is displayed; see chapter 6: Alarm messages
and possible causes, page 103 .
NOTICE
Entering the drop point is merely of informative character and does not affect the
settings of the mineral fertiliser spreader for machines of
variant Q .

CAUTION
Risk of injury due to automatic adjustment of the drop point
After the Start/Stop function key is pressed, the drop point
automatically moves to the preset value by means of electric
servomotors (Speed-Servos). This can cause injuries.
 Before pressing Start/Stop, make sure nobody is in the
danger zone of the machine.

Press Start to acknowledge the “Move to drop point” alarm.
