Turn on the PC and proceed to the below installation before connecting 

REX-USB61 to the USB port.   
 
Start 
Win8_7_VistaX64¥USB61_ 
Setup.exe at the bundled 
CD-ROM. 
If user account window appear, 
click [Yes]. 
 
 
 
RATOC REX-USB61 Installer 
will start. Click [Next].
