without complying with the rules of the Dangerous Goods Regulation in full scale).
According to Packing Instruction965 (UN3480) or 966/967 (UN3481), Section II – Excepted Lithium Ion
Cells and Batteries - of the IATA-DGR and Special Instruction 188 of the ADR/RID, ADN, IMDG-Code.
FOR CARRIAGE BY AIRPLANE THE "LITHIUM BATTERY HANDLING LABEL" IS REQUIRED .
