Using Tips
1. When steaming thick clothes or removing stubborn wrinkles, repeat the ironing several times.
2. Do not leave the appliance in use and unplug it to avoid burns.
3. During the use, it is normal for the pump to make noise or vibration when pumping water from
the water tank.
4. Due to the wide variety of essential oils on the market, if you want to use the aromatherapy function of
the appliance, please make sure that you have a good understanding of the impact of aromatherapy on
clothing materials or use the essential oil only for garment steamers. Otherwise, it is not recommended
to use , so as not to damage the clothes or dye the clothes, and the company is not responsible.
7. Troubleshooting
Problem Reason Solution
In using the
appliance fails to
steam or steam is
intermittent.
The circuit fails. Stop using the appliance and contact Shun Hing
Electric Service Centre Ltd. for checking and
repairing.
The steam vents are blocked
by water scale.
It is normal if it happens occasionally. If it
continuously happens for a long period, please
follow chapter 2 Maintenance, Cleaning and
Storage to remove the water scale in appliance.
There is no or insufficient
water in the water tank.
Refill the water tank with water.
Connected the
power plug but the
indicator is not on.
The power plug is not
connected; or the button is
not pressed. (Only for RGS-
B12MW)
Connect the power plug; Pressed the steam
button. (Only for RGS-B12MW)
The circuit fails. Stop using the appliance and contact Shun Hing
Electric Service Centre Ltd. for checking and
repairing.
* If the above solutions cannot fix the problem, do not attempt to modify the appliance by yourself
and please contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. to check and repair.
8. Special Avowal
1. The content in the operation manual has been checked. Our company reserves the hermeneutic
power to any printing errors or misunderstanding on the content.
2. If there are technical improvements on the appliance, the operation manual will be updated in
new version without prior notice. The product appearance and specification are subject to the
manufacturer information.
3. In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English versions and Chinese versions of
the terms, the Chinese versions shall prevail.

9. After Sales Service
1. For any defect, in the judgement of technician from Shun Hing Electric Service Center Limited, caused
under normal use, our company is responsible for repairing or replacing parts of the said electrical
appliance free of charge within one year guarantee period commencing from the date of purchase.
Any defect part which has been replaced shall become our property. Guarantee service does not
cover the repair or replacement of consumable parts etc.
2. User must present the official invoice / redemption voucher and the product warranty card with the
