ecuring the power cords
After connecting the power cords, attach to the cable strap. as shown in the illustration below:

2.3.3
Connect the enclosure
To connect the enclosure to a host system:
1)
Connect the SAS cable to ESM Mini-SAS HD connector on the storage enclosure and
to the PS5012HD RAID controller(s). Push the cable into the connector until it clicks in
place.
NOTE
:
1)
Connectors on both ends of the SAS cable are universally keyed. Connect miniSAS HD end of
the cable to the ESM and miniSAS end to the PS5012HD RAID controller as shown.
2)
To remove the SAS cable, pull the pull-tab to release the cable from the connector on the ESM
and the PS5012HD system.
