Description
Calibrate Flows
Calibrates the detector and sample flows so the device warns you if they change.
NOTE:
This function should not be performed without a full understanding of
what is being changed as it can render the device inoperable. This func-
tion can resolve the flow warning but could be masking another problem.

Temperatures
Sets the desorber and detector offset so the device can accurately predict when it is at the correct
temperature.

Touchscreen
Calibrates the x and y axis on the touchscreen.

Command Prompt*
Opens a command prompt window for advanced features, such as copying alarms over a network
to a server.
Copy Alarm Files to
External Media
Copies the alarm files from the
alarms
folder to a USB storage device or external hard drive.

Delete Alarm Files
Deletes the files that are saved in the
alarms
folder.
NOTE:
This function does not remove archived files. To remove archived files,
select Advanced Menu > Open Alarms Folder. Navigate up one level.
Select the appropriate archived folder and remove it.
Delete All .bin
Settings Files*
Restores all the configuration files to the factory defaults. This would include all substance
configurations, users, history files, alarm files, and privilege settings.
Import User
Database
Allows you to import a file containing a user database (user names, PINs, and privilege levels for
up to 500 users) in comma separated value (
.csv
) format from an external spreadsheet. File can
be imported from a storage device or network location.

NOTE:
When the import is complete, you must log back into the ITMS™.
Open Alarms Folder
Opens the alarms folder to allow you to manage alarm and signal files.
PIC Diagnostics
Diagnostic tool used by administrators for device troubleshooting.
Reset Alarm Count*
Resets the count for alarm and signal files, which are saved with numbered file names.
Restore Default
Config
Restores the substance and/or device configuration to the default for the current software version.
