Attention:

 

The

 

thin

 

filter

 

element

 

must

 

be

 

changed,

 

and

 

not  used 

again

 

after

 

cleaning.

 

Please

 

change

 

the

 

thick

 

filter

 

element

 

to

 

thin

 

ones

 

after

 

maintenance

 

of

 

three

 

times.

 

If

 

there

 

is

 

still

 

black

 

smoke

 

of

 

the

 

exhaust

 

after

 

assembling

 

the

 

clean

 

thick

 

filter

 

element,

 

please

 

replace with

 

thin

 

ones.

Disassemble

 

the

 

aerofoil

 

nut

 

and

 

the

 

thick

 

filter 

element.

Loosen

 

the

 

aerofoil

 

nut;

 

disassemble

 

the

 

thin

 

filter

 

element

 

from

 

the

 

air

 

filter

 

body.

 

Then 

close

 

the

 

admitting

 

port

 

of

 

the

 

engine.

 

Clean

 

the

 

in

side

 

of

 

the 

air

 

filter

 

body,

 

and

 

lift

 

down

 

the

 

lid

 

of

 

the

 

admitting

 

port.

When

 

you

 

assemble

 

the

 

thin

 

filter

 

element,

 

please

 

screw

 

down

 

the

 

aerofoil

 

nut

 

tightly

.

Reassemble

 

the

 

thick

 

filter

 

element,

 

and

 

screw

 

down

 

the

 

nuts

 

tightly

.

 

C.Clean

 

the

 

thick

 

filter

 

element

When

 

you

 

clean

 

the

 

filter

 

element

 

by

 

pressure

 

washer

,

 

please

 

set

 

the

 

highest

 

pressure

 

at

 

40psi

 

to

 

avoid

 

filter

 

element

 

damage;

 

Please

 

don’t

 

use

 

tulle

 

crinoline

,

 

sealing

 

ring

,

 

or

 

gland

 

bush

  on

 

damaged

 

filter

 

elements;

 

aslo, 

don’t

 

clean

 

the

 

filter

 

element

 

by

 

hitting

 

or

 

knocking.

Attention

The

 

pressure

 

air

 

is

 

harmful

 

to

 

your

 

health,

 

so

 

please

 

wear

 

face

 

guard

,

 

protective

 

clothes

,

 

and

 

protective

 

shoes

 

when

 

you

 

clean
