Parameters:
<MeasDelay> Measurement delay before each partial measurement. Changing
the delay leaves the number of points unchanged but has an
impact on the duration of the sweep (
[SENSe<Ch>:]SWEep:
TIME
).
Range: 0 s to 13680 s
