Shifts the trace

Parameters:
<StimulusOffset> Stimulus offset value.
Range:
-1000 GHz to +1000 GHz. The range and unit
depends on the sweep type.

Example: *RST; :DISP:WIND:TRAC:X:OFFS 1MHZ; :DISP:WIND:
TRAC:Y:OFFS 10
Create the default trace and shift it horizontally by 1 MHz, vertically
by 10 dB.
