Parameters for setting and query:

Only for peaklist measurements. For other measurements, this
command returns an error.

Enables or disables limit checking for spectrum measurements in the specified mea-
surement channel.

Define the lower and upper limits for the limit check, respectively. The valid range is
defined using the
MEASurement<m>:SPECtrum:LCHeck<n>:VALid
command.
