Caution!

The toe plate is designed to resist a static force of 125 Lbs. to prevent a manual wheelchair from
rolling off the platform. It is recommended that a carriage gate is used to provide additional protection
when lift is being used by powered wheelchairs, powered scooters, standing persons or if the user
has limited control of their wheelchair when entering the lift at the upper landing.
