Plugthemini-cable
into your audio source (usually into the headphone jack)
Plug Cable into the "Audio" port ontherightsideoftheremotelock-on.
Adjust the volume. If engine sounds keep breaking through therecordedsounds,
increasethevolumeontheaudiosource.
This feature allows you tobroadcast your own voice throughyour
engine's speakers. You must supply the microphone and a mini cable
(1/8” plug, like that usedfortheheadsetwith a portable CD/tape
player) to connect your microphone totheremotelock-on.
Mini-cableattachedtothemicrophonemustbean1/8”plug.
Plugthe”Mic" into the proto-dispatchportontheleftsideoftheremotelock-onand
speak intothemicrophone.

Proto-Dispatch:
Whenthesefeaturesarein use, thelocomotive's own sounds (engine sounds andbells,
whistles, and horns) will be muted sothatonlythesoundsyoubroadcastwillbeheard.
Because thesetwofeaturesarevoiceactivated,therewillbeaseveralseconddelayafter
you stop speaking into the microphone or turn off the audio source beforetheengine
sounds resume. To stop usingthefeatureand return tonormal operation,unplugthecable
from the lock-on jack.
