Place the first thermal pad on the frame. Pay attention to the 
semicircular notch at the end of the frame. 

Note

: thick thermal pad for single-sided M.2 SSD, thin thermal 

pad for double-sided M.2 SSD! 

Gently press the M.2 SSD onto the thermal pad in the frame.
