8. Troubleshooting
ISSUE Possible causes Recommended solutions
Productivity is low Dumbbell or damaged knife. Keep the cutting accessories sharp. Replace them if
necessary.
Worn or damaged graphite
brushes.
Contact a service technician. who changed the brushes.
Excessive noise and rattling Internal damage or wear. Contact a service technician.
Overheating Forcing the tool to work too
fast.
Let the tool run at normal speed
Twisted knife. Hold the saw so that the knife is perpendicular to the work
table.
Dumbbell or damaged knife. Keep the cutting accessories sharp. Replace them if
necessary.
Ventilation slots blocked. Wear safety glasses and mask while cleaning the air vents
of the motor with compressed air.
9. Environmental protection.
In order to protect the environment, the power tool, accessories and packaging must be suitably processed for the
reuse of the raw materials contained therein.
Do not dispose of power tools in household waste! According to EU Directive 2012/19 / EC on end-of-life electrical
and electronic devices and as a national law, power tools that can no longer be used must be separately collected and
subjected to appropriate processing to recover the contents in them secondary raw materials.
Cleaning:
• Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents, water or chemicals to clean the power tool.
• Do not immerse any of the machine parts in liquids.
Keep the engine vents clean.
Storage:
Keep the saw in a safe, clean and dry place away from children.
