1.5.5. Provide workpiece.
Detail, and attach with appropriate appliances or braces is anchored more firmly and securely
than if you hold it by hand.
1.5.6. Regularly clean your vent impact wrench.
1.5.7. Use only recommended battery and charger.
1.5.8. Do not change direction of spindle rotation when the tool is operating. Otherwise impact wrench may be damaged.
1.5.9. To clean the impact wrench use soft, dry cloth. Never use detergents or alcohol.
2. Construction and use. Impact wrench is a battery-powered tool. Drive consists of DC commutator motor with permanent
magnets and planetary gear. Impact wrench is designed for screwing in and out screws and bolts in wood, metal and plastics and
for drilling holes in these materials. Cordless,
battery-powered power tools are especially useful for works in interior furnishing, adaptation of
premises etc. Use the power tool according to the manufacturer’s instructions only.
3. Battery and charger information.
The cordless machine isn’t supplied with a battery and charger. Use only battery and charger from the R20 System series.
4. Operating the machine.
To start up, press the trigger switch (3) and hold it down. To turn off the machine, release it. The engine has an electronic clutch
with five different speed settings:
The speed setting is adjusted by pressing the control panel button (5) at the base of the machine.
If the button is pressed for a moment, a green LED will display, showing a torque of 400 Nm, the impact wrench is set to the 5th
speed
At two presses, a green LED is displayed, indicating a torque of 300 Nm, the impact wrench is set to 4th speed.
With 5 presses, 1st speed is switched on: green LED displays 100 Nm.
Press the button (5) on the electronic cluch control panel to go through the five speed settings and select the correct application.
5. Environmental protection.
6. The machine, accessories and packaging should be sorted for
environmental-friendly recycling.
Do not dispose of power tools into household waste!
According the European Directive 2012/19/EC for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
and its implementation into national right, power tools that are no longer usable must be collected
separately and disposed of in an environmentally correct manner.
