Appliances “RAIDER” are designed and manufactured in accordance with the Republic of Bulgaria in the
regulations and standards for compliance with all safety requirements.
Content and scope of the commercial guarantee
WARRANTY
The warranty period “Euromaster Import-Export” Ltd. provides water pumps for the territory Bulgaria is
12 months. User is entitled to free repair service to provide the guarantee period, if warranty is made to
fill the stamp and signature of the trader unit sold, signed by the client that is aware of the warranty and
fiscal cash register receipt or invoice showing date of purchase.
Repair and complaint shall be accepted only cleaned pumps!
Removing recognized by us defective warranty is made as follows: at our option, free of repair defective
pump or her replaced with new, as the warranty period is not renewed.
The pumps should be used only as intended and in accordance with the instructions.
To ensure safe operation is required the customer to make yourself familiar with instructions, safety rules
when working with it, and specific purpose. The pump requires periodic cleaning and proper maintenance.
Warranty does not cover:
- Wear the color coating of the pump;
- Parts and supplies are subject to wear caused by use such as grease, oil, brushes, guides, rollers, pads,
drive belts, flexible wire shaft, bearings, seals, piston, impeller, etc..;
- Accessories and supplies such as handles, nozzles, cabinets and more.;
- Fuses and protection;
- Mechanical damage to the hull and all external components of the device, including decorative;
- Power cord and plug;
- Overall damage to the pump caused by natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes, etc..;
Void the warranty
“And Euromaster / E” Ltd. has the right to refuse warranty service if:
- Inconsistent (or blank) serial number of this article with a completed warranty card;
- Product identification tag is removed or completely missing one;
- Is attempted unauthorized intervention service in unauthorized service facilities;
- Damage caused due to misuse (non instructions) of the product by the customer or third parties;
- Damage caused due to careless handling of the device;
- Cracked housing due to improper installation of pipes;
- All water pumps (not submersible) and repellent systems, the entrance must be installed non-return
valve. - Of hydrophores periodically check the pressure in the metal container (1.5 to 2 bar). Hydrophores
not exclude the absence of water.
- Damage caused by the pump ‘dry’ without water. This will damage the axial mechanical seals;
- Damage to rotor or stator consisting of the bonding between them, due to melting of the insulation
caused by prolonged congestion;
- Damage to rotor or stator caused by overload or impaired ventilation, manifested as discoloration of the
collector or windings;
- Lack of protective discs, back panels and other components that are part of the structure of the pump
and are intended to ensure safe and proper operation;
- The pump power cable is extended or replaced by the customer;
- Damage caused by overload or lack of ventilation and insufficient lubrication of moving components;
- Bearings wear or blocked due to overloading, continuous operation or dust;
- Bush defeated;
- Bearing housing socket broken by blocked or broken bush camp;
- The integrity of the teeth of the gears (broken, worn);
- Broken keys or bolting;
- Failure or el.klyuch eGovernment caused by dust or breakage;
- Damaged gearbox reducer (head) caused by the locking mechanism;
- The occurrence of an unusual gap between the piston and cylinder due to overload, continuous opera-
tion or dust;
- Tightening between the piston and cylinder due to overload, continuous operation or dust;
- Damage caused by freezing.
The period for repaired adopted a service pumps is within one month.
Workshops are not responsible for the pumps, unclaimed by their owners one month after the statutory
period for repair!
Regardless of the commercial guarantee, the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of consumer
goods with the contract for sale under the CPA.
