Return and Warranty Policy
Return Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of
delivery date. Email us at service@ragnok.net .
• We kindly ask that all items requested for return /
exchange is not used, undamaged and unopened
packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact
same condition as when you received it, and is in the
original box and/or packaging with all tags and
extra gift, if any.
• We will not be liable for any shipping fee, loss or
damage incurred in the process of shipping item
back to us.
Warranty Policy. Ragnok warrants Mousegun for a
period of TWO (2) years, after the date of original
purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship
or materials. If you discover a defect and notify
Ragnok during the warranty period, Ragnok will, at its
discretion, replace the product free of charge.
