Right-click on the Removable Disk item to get details about it:

If the file system says “FAT 32,” then you can click OK and use (or continue to use) the disk. If
the disk is formatted for any other file system (FAT or FAT 16, for example), you should reformat
it for FAT 32.
Note:
If the disk is formatted for FAT 32 and you simply want to reformat the disk, follow the
steps outlined below, as if it were a new disk or one that is formatted for another file system.

Click OK to close the dialog box.

Right-click on “Format...”
