AUX IN Operation
1. Before connecting to the mains socket, use a 3.5mm audio stereo cable (not included)
to connect to your external audio device through the AUX socket at the rear of the unit.
Bluetooth® Operation
Pair the unit with a Bluetooth device to listen to music:
1. While in the ON mode, press MODE on the unit or on the remote control repeatedly to
select Bluetooth mode.
2. Activate your Bluetooth device and select the search mode.
3. “RNDI(B)(W)13E” will appear on your Bluetooth device.
4. Select “RNDI(B)(W)13E” and enter “0000” for the password if necessary.
5. To disconnect the Bluetooth function, switch to another function on the unit or disable
the function from your Bluetooth device.
• When connecting the external audio device, refer to the owner’s manual of the external
device, as well as this manual.
• Examples of external audio devices that can be connected to the unit are: Portable MP3
Players, Cassette Players, Mini Disc Players, DVD players, etc.
If the unit is idle for 15 minutes, it will automatically switch to power saving mode. Press the
button to resume.
2. Connect the mains plug to the mains socket. Press on the unit or on the remote
control to switch the unit on.
3. Press MODE on the unit or on the remote control repeatedly to select AUX In mode.
4. In AUX In mode, you may operate your external audio device directly for playback
features.
5. Turn / – dial on the unit or press – VOL + on the remote control to increase/
decrease the volume.
6. When you have finished listening, turn off the power of the connected external audio
device. Press MODE on the unit or on the remote control to return to Internet radio,
DAB or FM mode, especially if wake up alarms are programmed.
