Caller ID Messages
DIALING NUMBERS FROM
A CALLER ID RECORD
To dial a local number stored in a Caller
ID record, recall the record, then press
TALK
. If it is a long distance call, press
1

appears before the displayed num-
ber) before pressing
TALK
.
Note: If a Caller ID record does not con-
tain a phone number (if it was blocked
by the caller) you cannot dial from that
record.
STORING A CALLER ID
RECORD TO THE
HANDSET’S MEMORY
Follow these steps to store the name
and number from a Caller ID record into
a handset memory location.
Note: To store a record from a Caller ID
record into the base memory, recall the
record, follow steps in “Storing a Num-
ber in the Base’s Memory” on Page 19.
1. Recall the record you want to store,
then press
MEM
.
Select
Loca-
tion
appears.
2. Choose a memory location by
pressing its number (
0

9
) or scroll-
ing the list using
or
, then press
SELECT
.
If the selected location is empty, the
phone beeps to confirm that it stored the
number, then the Caller ID record ap-
pears.

Appears if there was
an error during the
transmission of
Caller ID informa-
tion. Minor electrical
disturbances can
affect Caller ID infor-
mation. Occasional
errors are normal. If
the phone fre-
quently displays
Incomplete Data,
contact your local
telephone company
or RadioShack store
for assistance.
End
Appears when you
scroll past the last
Caller ID record.
