You can enter up to 32 characters in the name field of
telephone records. If you enter a word longer than 11
characters, the screen shows the current cursor posi-
tion and

appears to indicate there is more informa-
tion to the left of the display.
Since the organizer stores telephone records alphabet-
ically, you might want to enter the contact’s last name
first.
ENTERING RECORDS
You enter data in the telephone and schedule directo-
ries the same way.
