Mount the Indoor Amplifier
You can mount the indoor amplifier to a wall
with the supplied screws.
Installation Tips
• Performance can vary greatly by
location. After you install the amplifier,
set
FM TRAP
on the outdoor amplifier
to
ON
, and adjust
GAIN
on the indoor amplifier. You may want
to try several
GAIN
settings to find the best reception.
• Be sure to set
FM TRAP
when you connect the outdoor
amplifier to the antenna. Set to
ON
to prevent FM signal
interference. Set to
OFF
if connecting to an FM radio.
• Remember to scan for channels (refer to your television user’s
guide) after adjusting
GAIN
.
• Antenna signals are directional; installing an antenna rotator
can help you position the antenna to receive the optimal signal.
• Coaxial cables are available at your local
RadioShack
store or
online at
www.radioshack.com.
We hope you enjoy your High-Gain Signal Amplifier from
RadioShack. Please read this user’s guide before installing, setting
up, and using your new signal amplifier.
