5.2 ADJUSTING THE BASEPLATE

1) The baseplate (7) can be adjusted to 45

in relation to the saw direction to allow bevelling.

2) Use the Allen key(5) to loosen the two screws under the baseplate, adjust the plate to the desired angle and then

retighten the screws.

3) Carry out a trial cut to check that the saw is set to the disired angle

5.3 ADJUSTING THE PARALLEL GUIDE

1) The parallel guide (8) enables precision sawing in a straight line along the edge of a workpiece.

Loosen the butterfly screw (11) and insert the parallel guide into the holders in the saw’s baseplate.

3) Adjust the parallel guide to the desired distance.

4) Secure the parallel guide by tightening the butterfly screw.

5) The parallel guide can be used regardless of the angle of the baseplate.
