HOT FOODS PROCESSING (MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE 50°C)
•
To prevent and avoid unwanted clouds of steam, remove the cap (6) from the cover (5)
when processing hot foods.
•
If it’s necessary to insert addition “hot” foods in the glass (3) during processing (maxi-
mum 50°C), work slowly and with modest quantities at a time.

When working hot foods ALWAYS remove the cap (6).
•
If, after a prolonged use, the processing results are not satisfactory anymore, provide for
the blades group (4) replacement.
Do not try to sharpen the blades (4).
Cleaning
Before performing any cleaning opera-
tion, ALWAYS disconnect the plug from
the power outlet.
Turn off the appliance (OFF: switch on
“0”) before getting closer to the parts
which move during functioning.
•
Use a wet cloth and avoid using detergents or abrasive materials to clean the motor
base (1).
Never submerge the motor base (1) in water or other liquids.
•
To clean all of the components, with the exception of the motor base (1), you can
use hot water and normal dishwasher detergents. Avoid using detergents or abrasive
materials.
