8.1 Warranty
The frame and the battery comes with a 5-year warranty by default. For
electrical components we offer a 2-year warranty.

Improper use of the bike can put yourself and others at risk.
With improper use, warranty will expire as well.

Do not use any other battery with your e-bike than the one
provided by QWIC.

Maintenance check-ups for your e-bike can always be
requested at your QWIC dealer.

By replacing type-approved components with different
models, the type-approval is cancelled for the entire bike. Only
allow your dealer to replace components on your bike.
8. WARRANTY
7.2 Warnings
Your bike is equipped with a self-diagnosis tool to identify potential
issues early on. In case an error has been reported by the system, the
maintenance symbol on the display will light up. It will be accompanied
by an error code in the journey data field (located in the bottom right
corner). Using the bike while an error is displayed will not harm the
bike. The most frequently occurring errors can quite often be solved by
yourself:
It is possible that other errors are detected in the system, or that the
above instructions do not help. In this case, please contact your dealer.

Code 21
Speedsensor error
The speed is monitored by a small magnet on the rear
wheel and a sensor on the frame. Please check if the
magnet is aligned well with the round black sensor.
Code 7
Battery connection error
Check if the battery is connected properly. Remove and
reconnect the battery if necessary.
Code 10, 11
High temperature motor
Your e-bike is running hot. Please let it cool down a little
bit before continuing your journey. On a very steep hill
or with heavy load put the bike in a lower power level.
Contact your dealer if this problem persists in normal
driving conditions
