for 2 years. After this, only delivery/callout fees apply.
Natural oil finish can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap if
required.
Knots, grains & blemishes are a natural feature of our sustainably-
sourced solid Australian timber, it does not impact the strength or
durability of the base. We do our best to minimise timber wastage as
much as possible, so it is not uncommon to have some colour variations
on your base.
We use Osmo Wood Oil to prolong the life of the timber, so refinishing
isn't necessary, but can be done every 2-5 years if discolouration occurs
(e.g. prolonged exposure to sunlight).
Do not raise the base on a platform, the Centrebeam leg(s) must be
securely touching the floor.

Without care, the brackets could unlatch if lifted incorrectly:
Original: lift and shuffle from the front or back beam only.
Floating: lift and shuffle from the side rails only.
Do not drag base aggressively - lift up slightly and shuffle slowly.
After shuffling, ensure the following:
The base is still 'square' (as shown on Page 3).
Centrebeam leg(s) are touching the floor
The 2x Headboard Struts (if you purchased one) are not touching or
leaning against your skirting boards, if you have them.
