QUILL FALCON MOBILE 4 MAN AIR

BREATHING UNIT

- SETTING UP

1.

Wheel mobile 4 man air breathing unit into position and ensure foot brake is applied on the two front castors

4.

Connect mobile 4 man air breathing unit to mains electrical supply using 110volt power cable

5.

Connect breathing air lines for up to 4 operatives to mobile breathing unit

6.

Connect other end of air line(s) to mask harness(es)

7.

The Quill Falcon Mobile 4 Man Air Breathing Unit must be air tested and a certificate issued before use. Please
call Quill Falcon on +44 (0)1332 864664 to arrange your air test.

2.

Ensure the air valve is switched off, lever parallel to unit. Connect ¾” bull line to the main air inlet on
the mobile unit. Please use whip check safety devices provided.

3.

Connect other end of ¾ “ bull line to compressor, again please ensure whip check safety devices are used
