MAINTENANCE

1.  Charge 12-volt battery if discharged
2.  Keep tipper strap clean from debris
3.  Wash down Tipper when necessary

Weekly

1.  Check operational movement and function of both 12-volt cut-off switches
2.  Check tipper for loose bolts or nuts
3.  Check tyre pressure and adjust to 16 PSI

1. Check Tipper belt strap for fraying and wear
