Please make sure that VCC is stable before pulling down FUL_CARD_POWER_OFF# pin. The time
between them is no less than 30ms.

Turn off the Module Through FULL_CARD_POWER_OFF#
Driving the FULL_CARD_POWER_OFF# pin to low will turn off the module.
