First steps

AGE AND USE

For children who cannot climb out the cradle by themselves.
Stop using the cradle when the child is old enough to sit, kneel or to pull itself up
Assemble the cradle following the instructions hereunder.
Do not change the design and the assembly method of this cradle.

Always put the cradle on a horizontal fl oor.
Do not allow young children to play unsupervised in the vicinity of the cradle.

Introduction

: Before putting into use, check if all parts of the cradle are in good condition, well tightened,

and do not show sharp edges which may injure the child or snag on its clothing (or cords, necklaces, pacifi er
ribbons), causing a strangulation hazard. Check all connection points.

Inspection

: Regularly check the cradle for broken, warped or missing parts. No longer use the cradle

whenever such parts are found.

Replacement of parts

: Allways use original parts, to obtain from the manufacturer or the distributor.

Base

: Do not use this cradle without the base.

Mattress

: The thickness of the mattress must be so that the distance between the upper side of the mat-

tress and the upper side of the bed is minimally 200 mm.

Attention : the marker on the cradle must

remain visible while using a mattress

. We recommend a mattress of

92*42

cm, whereby the distance

between the mattress and the frames is maximally 30 mm. Never use a second mattress. Do not put two
mattresses one upon another.

Objects over or in the cradle

: Do not leave anything in the crib which could provide a foothold or create

a danger of suffocation or strangulation. Do not hang anything on or over the cradle, do not place anything
against the cradle.

Fire hazard

: Do not place the cradle near a heat source such as electrical heating, gas heating, etc. in order

to avoid any fi re hazard.

Maintenance

: Only clean the cradle with soap or any other mild cleaning agent without toxic components

and with warm water.
