4.2.1.7.3  Firmware Update 

The Firmware Update tab, shown in Figure 77, provides a way to install the latest firmware versions for the HTAC 
and Feed Control Box. Contact Quasonix for access to firmware.

After the firmware has been obtained from the factory and saved locally, the files can be accessed by 
selecting the Browse button, then searching for the Quasonix (update) firmware (Firmware Image *.img 
file), as shown in Figure 78. This process is used to update the Server (HTAC) Firmware only. The 
firmware located in the Feed Control Box is updated simultaneously. 

Note: The system Feed Control Box must be attached and connected by its system interface cable for the 
firmware update install to take place. If the Feed Control Box is not connected, the firmware update will 
not complete.
