Always turn off the air conditioner and the main power supply before unplugging the power cord to
clean the unit.
Switch off the power supply if the unit is not going to be used for a long period of time.

Clean the cabinet, and front grille with a mild soap
or detergent and lukewarm water.

The filter can be easily cleaned using a vacuum cleaner
(To remove the air filter, please refer to page 18 for
Air filter removal procedures
). Vacuum the
front of the filter and then wash the back with water.
If it is badly soiled, wash with a mild household
detergent.

The front intake grille can be easily removed for
cleaning purposes (refer to page 11 -

Gently wash with water and a sponge. (Do not
use a scrubbing brush or other hard cleaning aids).
