The Babysling comes out of the package at its largest size.
Adjust the Babysling to the desired length before use by sliding the straps in the hooks, and
smooth out any puckered fabric.
a.
Do the preliminary adjustments standing up.
b.
Put the Babysling over your shoulder with the fastening system (buckles) on your shoulder. The
plastic buckles must be perfectly visible from the front on your shoulder to be able to make the
adjustments easily (the cloth straps should point downwards).
c.
The adjustment varies depending on your size and/or on what you are wearing. It allows bringing
your child more or less close to you. Your child should be carried very close to your body to
facilitate contact and above all to avoid the lever effect that would force you to bend backward,
which is very bad for your back.
d.
The straps can be adjusted separately, for optimal wearability.
The Babysling can be adjusted in two different points: the lower part (the height of the pouch
that holds the baby) by pulling the outermost strap and the upper part of the Babysling (pouch
opening), using the innermost strap. Adjust the Babysling so that the bottom of the pouch is at the
height of your hip.
e.
The chosen length remains locked, allowing you to store the size of the Babysling without having
to adjust it every time that you use it. The two snap hooks allow returning to the largest size with
two simple moves to remove/insert your child inside the pouch.
WARNING:
once you have adjusted the straps and secured the safety closures, make sure you
hear a distinct click.
If you feel comfortable with the size obtained, you are ready to place your baby in the Babysling,
selecting the desired position. If instead the sling is too wide or too narrow, change it slightly by
pulling the straps until achieving the right size.
WARNING:
when placing your child in the Babysling, always make sure to support him/her at all
times until you are sure that the sling is in place..
