1. Logical serial number addressing (drive spoofing) is not supported. It is recommended that all
customers move to the latest drive firmware.
2. Check with Quantum Customer Service for the latest firmware.
3. Install the LMC remote client from the Quantum website.
4. Install the AMC 4.6.2 Server and SAN manager remote client from the Quantum website
.
5. You cannot downgrade the IBM LTO-4 (FC) brick code to previous code levels without following
specific instructions for this process. If you must downgrade, escalate to appropriate support team.
