Quantum F2000 User’s Guide

Create and Download a

F2000 Support Bundle

If you contact Quantum Technical Support for help, they may request

that you download and provide the Support Bundle for both F2000

canisters.
You will need the following tools to create and download an F2000

Support Bundle:

•

PuTTY

(or similar SSH tool)

•

WinSCP

(or similar tool)

To create and download the Support Bundle:

Use PuTTY to open an SSH connection to a canister using the

canister’s management IP address.

(TUI) using the

root

username and password.

Note:

The default root password is “esos”. This password should

have been changed during the installation of the F2000.

The Quantum Cloud Storage Platform TUI screen appears (see

Figure 41

on page 56).
