The DXi6900-S provides Field Service Engineers with access to the

Service Menu

using the service port,

iDRAC port, or serial port on the Node.

The

Service Menu

options are not available to the end user. To access the

Service Menu

, you must log on

as a Service user with a terminal emulation program.
