Accessing Remote Management

Access the remote management console using a Web browser on a

workstation that is on the same network as the DXi4701.
See the following sections for more information about accessing

DXi4701 remote management:

Logging On to the DXi4701

•

Logging Off of the DXi4701

Supported Browsers

Web browser software is not included with the DXi4701. You must

obtain and install it separately. The DXi4701 remote management

console supports the following Web browsers:

• Mozilla Firefox 10 or later
• Google Chrome 21 or later
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10

Note:

For Microsoft Internet Explorer 10, you must enable

Compatibility View.

Note:

For correct operation of the remote management console,

disable any pop-up blockers and enable JavaScript in your Web

browser.
