Before connecting the warmer’s power supply cable to the electric current, the tank (3) should be filled with water. This
should be carried out as follows:
1º-, Remove the lid (1)
2°-, Unscrew the milk container (2), turning it to the left (anti-clockwise) with both hands and pulling upwards.
3°-, Fill the tank with water (3), up to the water level mark (aproximately 5 L). See detail “A”.
4°-, Inser the milk container (2), applying gently towards pressure, screwing clockwise until the end of the thread You will
observe that the milk container (2) has a certain amount of water: to remove it, open the tap (4).
5°-, Fill the container (2) and replace the lid (ensure that the tap is shut).
6°-, Connect the warmer’s electric cable to the correct power supply.
7°-, Switch on (5) the mains light and the resistor pilot (6) will illuminate. The pilot (6) will switch off when the warmer has
reached normal operating temperature (80ºC aproximately). The mains connection light (5) will remain on showing that
the warmer is operating.
3.3 Using the warmer
3.4 Temperature Regulation
The thermostat incorporates an adjustable thermostat with a patented safety element, for the optimum adjust-
ment of the temperature of the milk according to its characteristics. (See regulation margins in Fig. 6) The posi-
tion of the safety element should not be changed, since the milk at a lower temperature becomes acidic and at
higher temperatures it overheats and yellows.
Important: Water Level
When the water level light illuminates (intermittently) we have to replace the water in the corresponding depo-
sit. However, the warmer may keep working during a working day, since this signal is indicative that the probe
has not touched water anymore, but there is still enough water in the tank to finish the working day.
