dialed line is busy, the sip server will inspect the
dialed line status at intervals. If the dialed line is
idle, the server will send notify message to
inform the caller whether redial.

Disable this feature, user enter number will open
audio channel automatically.

the incoming call request with a SIP header of
Alert-Info instruction to automatically answer the
call after specific delay.
