QRC JK Rear Bumper Installation:
Align the threaded holes in the nut
plates with the holes in the frame rail.
(FIG5) Then, with assistance of another
person, and with the tailgate partially
open lift the bumper and gently rest it
on the frame rails of the vehicle. (FIG6)

Align the holes in the bumper with the
holes in the frame rails and the nut
plates. Thread the 12mm bolts with lock
washer and flat washer into the nut
plates inside the frame. (FIG7)
It may be necessary to hold the plate in
place with one hand while threading
the bolts with another. (FIG8) Snug but
do not tighten the bolts with a 18mm
socket.
