Maintenance and Service

This  pellet  heater  has  a  manufacturer-set  minimum  low 

burn rate that must not be altered. It is against federal 

regulations to alter this setting or otherwise operate this 

pellet heater in a manner inconsistent with operating 

instructions in this manual.

B. Quick Reference Maintenance Chart

NOTICE: 

These are recommendations. When burning high ash content pellet fuel or a/pellet mix you may 

need to clean the fire pot several times a day. Clean the stove and fire pot more frequently if you 

encounter heavy build-up of ash at the recommended interval or you see soot coming from the 

vent. Not properly cleaning your appliance on a regular basis will void your warranty.

Follow the detailed instructions found in this section for each step listed as referenced in the 

chart below.

When properly maintained, your appliance will give 

you many years of trouble-free service. Contact your 

dealer to answer questions regarding proper operation, 

troubleshooting and service for your appliance. Visit

A. Proper Shutdown Procedure

Turn user interface OFF, let appliance completely cool and 

exhaust blower must be off. After cooling unplug appliance 

before servicing.

Shock and Smoke Hazard

before servicing appliance.
