ClearVue Presentation

allows you to view

your presentation as it was created. The program also allows you to create a

Custom

Slide List

. In this list, you can select which slides to include in the presentation and you

can change the order of the slides presented.

ClearVue Presentation

displays the first slide in the presentation in either the

Normal View

or the

Slide Sorter View

. From the current view, you can

Change the View, Set Up a Show,

View Notes

attached to your presentation, Zoom in on a slide, or View your show.

Conversion settings

Before viewing PowerPoint presentations, you must change your default file conversion

settings so that files transferred from your PC to your handheld are not changed.

1. Launch

ActiveSync

on your desktop and go to

Tools > Options

On the

Options

page, choose the

Rules

tab

Conversion Settings.

3. Choose the

Desktop to Device

tab, highlight

PowerPoint Presentation

from the list and

click

Edit

4. Choose

No conversion (*.ppt)

from the drop down and click OK three times until you are

back on the main ActiveSync screen.

Any PowerPoint files you transfer to your handheld will now be preserved in their original

format for viewing.
