TROUBLESHOOTING

6.1. General Troubleshooting Procedure

6.2. Common Troubleshooting Procedures

6.2.1. Fault 1: The system login password is lost.

[Fault Description]
The system login password of the switch is forgotten or lost, and so it is not possible to configure
the data.
[Troubleshooting]
Please contact QTECH Customer Service Department for technical support.

6.2.2. Fault 2: The AC power supply module does not work.

The indicator on the front panel of the switch is OFF. The Status indicator of fan module is
OFF, and the fan does not work.

The indicator on the panel of the power module is OFF. The fan does not work.
