Enter ID and select SANiSCSI1 as base storage and select volume and enter
Volume group name and check “shared”.

After clicking “Add”, you can go to the LVM of pve node to confirm the newly
created LVM. It can be found that the path of LVM is the previously set multipath
"/dev/mapper/proxmox1".
