Calling QPS for Assistance
If you need to get in touch with the QPS Technical Support Department, please
have the following information on hand when you call:
• Your name, address, and phone number (so we can register you)
or your customer ID if you have called before.
• Your operating system: Windows 98 SE (Second Edition), 2000 or
Mac OS and version number.
• Your Computer’s CPU and RAM.
• A description of your problem and the exact error message.
• Which QPS model number and the serial number you have.
