-Countdown:
After closing the plates, press the countdown start
button.
-Temperature setting:
Press the SET button 1 time, the display shows “SP”, then use the
buttons to increase or decrease.
-Time settings:
Press the SET button 1 time, the display shows “ST”, then use the
buttons to increase or decrease the pressing time.
-Confirm settings:
After finishing setting the time and temperature you
must press SET again to confirm settings.
The plates will start to heat up
DO NOT FORCE THE PRESS!
IF YOU TRY TO APPLY MORE PRESSURE
MAY DAMAGE THE PRODUCT.
PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE ADJUSTMENT:
Before applying
pressure with the hydraulic jack CLOSE the pressure release valve turning to the RIGHT. Then
the system will be ready to apply pressure.
IMPORTANT:
Apply the pressure smoothly once the pressure limit is reached, do not force the
machine. May cause oil leaks and hydraulic system failure NOT covered by warranty.
To realease pressure on the plates, OPEN the pressure release valve by turning it to the LEFT.
The hydraulic system will release the pressure and the plates will open automatically.
