Prepare the M.2 SSD.

a.

Remove the protective film from both sides of the thermal pad.

b.

Install the thermal pad on the SSD controller.

c.

Remove the protective film from the black rubber pad.

d.

Turn the SSD over.

e.

Install the rubber pads on the bottom of the SSD as necessary.
